Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
Sauce
- 1 8oz can black cherries, pitted
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp calcium
Method
- Bake or pan fry chicken breasts. Let cool and dice. Peel and quarter potatoes and boil until cooked. Drain and mash. Let cool
- Drain juice from cherries. Mix cornstarch into juice and bring to the boil. Turn the heat down and stir until sauce thickens. Add the drained cherries.
- Shape mashed potato into a heart. Fill the centre with the diced chicken. Pour sauce over the top. You can add some diced vegetables to the chicken.
